Terry Blair (Terry A. Blair ) an American serial killer who raped and killed at least seven women in Kansas City, Missouri between 1982 and 2004. In 1982, Blair murdered the mother of his two children, she was pregnant at the time of her death. He was sentenced to twenty-five years imprisonment and was released on parole after serving twenty-one years. In 2004, Blair was charged with eight counts of murder, two counts were later dropped due to lack of evidence. A 911 call claimed responsibility for the murders. The caller stated that they were all prostitutes and scum which is why they were killed. Blair's semen was found on at least one of his victims. In 2008, Terry Blair was sentenced to six life sentences for the six murders in 2004.
