Rory Enrique Conde a Colombian serial killer active in the United States who was known as The Tamiami Trail Strangler. Conde killed six prostitutes in Florida, he strangled his victims to death and would have anal sex with the corpses afterward. After killing his third victim Conde left a note reading: "Third, I will call Dwight Channel 10, see if you can catch me". Conde was arrested in 1995 when a surviving victim was found bound head to toe at Conde's Condo. Rory Enrique Conde was sentenced to death in 2000 for the murder of Rhonda Dunn. He later pleaded guilty to the murder of five others and was sentenced to five consecutive life terms without the possibility of parole in 2001.

He was raised as a youngest child and had one older sister, Nellie Conde. His father, Gustavo Conde, left family, Rory (Age 2). His mother, deceased, tetanus due to an abortion procedure, Rory (Age 6 months). Rory Enrique Conde was sexually, physically, and psychologically abused at some point of his life.

He was known to kill victims at his own home. He would keep personal items from the victim after the crime. At least one victim was tied, bound, or otherwise restrained during the crime. He positioned or posed at least one body after death. At the time of his crimes he was living with alone in a condo off the Tamiami Trail in Florida, US, where he was known to work as a serial killer.
He was arrested on June 26th 1995 (Age 30), convicted on March 7th 2000 (Age 34), sentenced to death at Union Correctional Institution, Florida State Prison, Raiford Prison in Raiford, Florida, US. He was convicted on charges of murder and other possible charges during his lifetime.
