Surinder Koli an Indian serial killer and rapist known as the Noida serial murders and the Nithari serial murders. The 2006 Noida serial murder investigation began in December 2006 when the skeletal remains of a number of missing children were discovered in the village of Nithari, India on the outskirts of Noida in the Uttar Pradesh near New Delhi. Koli was a domestic servant of Moninder Singh Pandher, both were arrested by the Delhi Police on the suspicion of murdering a call girl named Payal. Charges included rape murder, kidnapping and criminal conspiracy. In 2009, Pandher and Koli were sentenced to death. Pandher was acquitted in 2009 and re-sentenced to death in 2017. In 2014, Surinder Koli's death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment.

In 2005 Surinder Koli started his killing spree, during his crimes as a serial killer he was known to commit acts of cannibalism, commit acts of necrophilia, strangle, rape, mutilate, and murder his victims. He was known to kill victims at his own home. He would keep parts of the victims body after the crime. At the time of his crimes he was living with himself, alone working as a domestic servant for Moninder Singh Pandher.
He was arrested on December 27th 2006, convicted on February 12th 2009, sentenced to death commuted to life in prison at a prison in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The Noida serial murders (also Nithari serial murders, Nithari Kand) occurred in the house of businessman Moninder Singh Pandher in Nithari, India in 2005 and 2006. His servant Surendra Koli was convicted of the five murders and was sentenced to death. Eleven murders remain officially unsolved pending further legal proceedings.
