John Joubert (John Joseph Joubert IV) an American serial killer known as The Nebraska Boy Snatcher and The Woodford Slasher. Joubert was convicted of the murders of one boy in Maine and two boys in Nebraska. Joubert's teeth marks were used to connect the multi-state murders. He was known to bite his victims during or after the attack. He enlisted in the US Air Force and was later arrested for the murders of the two children. Joubert was linked to another killing previous to his military service, the murder of an 11-year-old boy in Maine. Joubert's criminal behavior began at the age of thirteen, with a series of random attacks on strangers that went unsolved until his arrest in Nebraska. In 1996, John Joubert was executed at Nebraska State Prison in Lincoln, Nebraska.

John Joubert was born on July 2nd 1963 in Lawrence, Massachusetts, US. He was born 1st of 2 children and raised by both parents until (Age 6), his mother until adulthood. He was raised as a oldest child and had at least one sister. His father, Joseph Joubert, a cook and waiter at a local diner, divorced Beverly, John (Age 6). His mother, Beverly Joubert, a local bookkeeper. During his education he had academic, social or discipline problems, including being teased or picked on.

At the time of his crimes he was living with his mother in Portland, Maine during one of the murders then he enlisted in the Air Force as a radar technician. He was stationed at the Offutt Air Force Base in Sarpy County, Nebraska, where he was known to work as a serial killer.
He was arrested on January 11th 1984 (Age 20), convicted on October 9th 1984 (Age 21), sentenced to death by electrocution at Nebraska State Prison in Lincoln, Nebraska, US. He was convicted on charges of murder and other possible charges during his lifetime. John Joubert was executed on July 17th 1996 (Age 33).
