Michael Bear Carson (born James Clifford Carson) an American serial killer along with wife Suzan Bear Carson, both convicted for three murders between 1982 and 1983 in Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. On June 16, 2015 at a Parole Suitability Hearing he voluntarily waived the right to a hearing for 5 years.
