Leonard Fraser (Leonard John Fraser) an Australian serial killer rapist and pedophile known as The Rockhampton rapist and The Bad Seed. Fraser murdered four women in Rockhampton between 1998 and 1999. He was sentenced to five consecutive life sentences plus twenty-five years without the possibility of parole. Leonard Fraser died in prison of a heart attack in 2007.

Fraser was raised as a middle child and had four brothers or sisters. His father, George Fraser. His mother, Agnes Fraser. During his education he had academic, social or discipline problems. Leonard Fraser was sexually, and physically, and abused at some point of his life.

He was arrested on April 22nd 1999 (Age 47), convicted on June 13th 2003 (Age 51), sentenced to life imprisonment at Wolston Correctional Centre high security prison facility in Wacol, Queensland, Australia.. Fraser was convicted on charges of murder and other possible charges during his lifetime.
Leonard Fraser died on January 1st 2007 (Age 55), cause of death: natural causes, heart attack, myocardial infarction at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, capital city of Queensland, Australia.
