Reason being is her vulnerability in a abusive relationship. She becomes vindictive towards her ex-boyfriend, who is a known drug dealer, and as a result, her vindictiveness leads to the capture of alleged serial killer Lorenzo Gilyard of KC, who is her ex-boyfriendas uncle. He was allegedly responsible for the strangulation deaths of 12 or more women, most of them prostitutes. Tried and convicted, as character Reshae Brown confides in her best friendas cousin and gets involved in another manipulative relationship.
