Robert Pickton (Robert William "Willy" Pickton) a Canadian serial killer known as The Pig Farmer Killer, The Pigheaded Killer and Pork Chop Rob. Pickton was convicted in 2007 on six counts of second-degree murder. He was accused of murdering twenty other women, mostly prostitutes. In 1997, Pickton was charged with the attempted murder of a prostitute by handcuffing and stabbing her. Pickton was held at Eagle Ridge Hospital after being stabbed by the victim. The charges were dismissed in 1998 due to the victim being unreliable. Pickton claims his total number of victims was forty-nine. On February 22nd 2002 police arrested Robert Pickton at his farm in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.

He was convicted on charges of murder and other possible charges during his lifetime.

Robert William "Willy" Pickton (born October 24, 1949) of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, is a Canadian serial killer convicted in 2007 of the second-degree murders of six women. Arrested in 2002, he was the subject of a lengthy investigation that yielded evidence of numerous other murders.He was charged with the deaths of an additional 20 women, many of them from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.
